Reliance Jio Introduces Jio Prime At Rs 99, Free Service Ends On March 31


On December 2016, Reliance Jio extended its free services which are valid up to 31st March 2017. Mukesh Ambani introduced Jio Prime which is a new Reliance Jio plan that will be available from March 31st to existing Jio subscribers.

If you are Indian, then you will be very well known to Reliance Jio. It was the first ever telecom company to provide six months of free unlimited services which include free data, free voice & SMS to its subscribers.
Well, at December 2016, Reliance Jio extended its free services which are valid up to 31st March 2017. Reliance Jio subscribers haven’t paid anything to enjoy these free services. There are several rumors spread on the internet that claimed that Reliance Jio would extend its free service until June 2017.
Putting a full stop to all those rumors, Mukesh Ambani confirmed that existing Jio subscribers would be offered a chance to enjoy the current (Happy New Year) plan, which is set to expire at the end of March 31 at the cost of just Rs 99 for a full year.
Well, Rs 99 is all that required enjoying free 4G VoLTE data and costs. Mukesh Ambani introduced Jio Prime which is a new Reliance Jio plan that will be available from March 31st to existing Jio subscribers. However, Rs 99 is not the actual cost of Jio Prime.
If you subscribe to Jio Prime, you will be eligible for a special plan where you need to pay Rs 303 per month to enjoy the ‘Unlimited’ services. Well, it will be worth to notice that unlimited data is the FUP-attached plan where users will get 1GB full 4G speed and after the limit is crossed the speed will be drop down to 128Kbps.
On other words, subscribers will get 30GB of 4G data at the cost of Rs 303 which is good. Right now, Airtel charges Rs 296 for 1GB of data and Vodafone gives 1GB of data for 24 Hours at Rs 97. Considering, its competitors Reliance Jio is affordable.
Well, to subscribe to Jio Prime, users can use MyJio app or can visit any telecom shop or Jio store and let the staff of these stores enable the Jio prime membership for your Jio number.
