PUBG Mobile is the most popular
game on the play store which also came up as the winner of the game of the year
(people’s choice on Android Play store). It has taken over the Asian game
market.
Developed by Tencent for PUBG
Group the Battle Royale based game has a daily active user base of 10 million
as of May 2018

A small teaser was released and
it can be seen that a crossover is coming where PUBG Mobile will get a Resident
Evil themed gameplay. It is not clear but it signals a Zombie mode or allow
players to access zombie costumes and skins of Resident Evil 2 Characters
Resident Evil 2 will be launching
in 2019. As it was long due for resident Evil to make a comeback. The game was
first launched in 1998 and was received warmly by the audience.
PUBG Mobile is not the first
Battle Royale to get a major crossover. As PUBG PC and Xbox users have already
witnessed a crossover with DC’s Suicide Squad as players could access the skins
of their favorite villains including Joker and Harley Quinn. As other battle
Royale games like Fortnite which had a crossover with Marvel for limited time.
The news of crossover also
signals that it can be like Call Of Duty Blackout Zombie Mode. They could
introduce a gameplay where there would be zombies into the regular Battle
Royale same as Blackout.
So fellow gamers it would become
hard to get a chicken dinner with all this going on additional to the Classic
Battle Royale.
